The leaders of the Dunbar Pavilion African American Cultural Center are a cohort of creative and dedicated individuals committed to community and the Dunbar's mission, vision, and values. They see the community as cultural partners and make every effort to support and cultivate the culture and purpose of the Dunbar Pavilion. Our dedicated Board of Directors works in partnership with Executive Director Freda Marshall to advance the mission of the Dunbar Pavilion.
